Whether you are grocery shopping, gift shopping, or anything in between, any of Koreatown’s shopping centers is a stop you should be making. Hours may vary between different vendors within each complex.

Koreatown Galleria

With over 70 stores, from apparel, to food and beauty, Koreatown Galleria is frequented by visitors from all parts of Los Angeles County. The three-story shopping center also has a food court with an array of authentic Asian cuisine and a supermarket. Find their directory here.

California Marketplace

Formerly known as Kaju Market, California Market or California Marketplace is a three-story complex, including shops, a large supermarket, and rooftop. Home to eateries serving traditional banchan, fried chicken, katsu, and those cheesy corn dogs we know you have been drooling over, the Marketplace is definitely a staple in the area. Parking is free in their five-story structure.

Open daily from 7am-12am.

MaDang Courtyard

MaDang is one of the newer shopping centers in Koreatown, with something to check out at every corner. Located in this three-story shopping and entertainment complex is an H Mart, Daiso, Paris Baguette, SomiSomi, and CGV Cinemas Movie Theater, among others.

Chapman Plaza

This historic building, opened in 1929, was once Chapman Park Market, one of the first drive-in markets in the West Coast. Since then, Chapman Plaza has been restored and has evolved into a prime destination for dining and entertainment. Read more about their vendors in our past blog post here.

Koreatown Plaza, or KTP, is a timeless shopping mall, housing a number of retail shops, an H Mart, and restaurants. Take advantage of their family lounge if you have little ones with you and free wifi. Plenty of free garage parking provides you access to all three floors of the building.
