Exploring Unique Korean Finds: Uncovering 3 Distinct Mini Markets Las Vegas

Las Vegas residents eagerly await the grand opening of a popular Korean grocery chain; H-Mart. The debut of this grocery chain in Nevada isn’t the only place that introduces cult favorites and unique Korean goodies. There are a few mini markets around town that offer plenty of unique Korean finds, here’s where to find them.

MVP Mini Mart

7729 S Rainbow Blvd. #2, Las Vegas, NV 89139
702) 844-8355
Living up to its name this Mini Mart is the Most Valued Player in the Korean grocery game. Don’t let the size deceive you, this mini mart is loaded with all your essential Korean grocery needs and then some. Given the modest size of the establishment, you might not encounter an extensive array of produce. However, you’re likely to discover a selection of well-loved and rare dry goods. Open Monday – Sunday 9AM -9PM!

W Mart

953 E Sahara Ave. K7, Las Vegas, NV 89104
702) 866-2401

Located near the strip, this boutique market has a spacious layout. To be completely honest, I didn’t feel entirely secure visiting on my own. Although W Mart does not carry alcoholic beverages, they have a larger selection of fresh produce; one of the only places I’ve seen with perilla leaves.

Open Monday – Saturday 8AM – 6PM They provide delivery services to specific areas around Las Vegas.

K-Place Mini Mart

Popular Korean YouTuber KenPD initiated this boutique market with a mission to bring distinctive products to the residents of Las Vegas and his followers. Numerous items showcased in his videos are personally sourced and harvested by KenPD. You can also find unique Korean products from Korea at this store. KenPD is very popular amongst the older Korean generation and his videos are mainly in Korean.

They are open M-Sa 11AM – 7PM
