Eric Nam, the Atlanta-born K-pop artist, rose to stardom in 2013 when he became one of the top 5 contestants on the Korean music audition series ‘Star Audition: Birth of a Great Star 2’. Ever since,he has manifested his way through the entertainment industry as a singer, songwriter, TV personality, and actor. He was also named GQ Korea’s Man of the Year in 2016 and Forbes 30 under 30 in 2017.

In an interview with Vogue: Singapore, Eric explains the inspiration behind ‘House on a Hill’. He said, “When I was wanting to buy a house, I went to see this particular house and I fell in love with it and everything about it. The only issue was that it was on this massive, massive hill which eventually seemed like a bad idea—so I didn’t actually end up getting the house.” This experience led him to question the ‘whys’, ultimately inspiring his new single.

The ‘House on a Hill’ World Tour in Las Vegas will feature a special guest appearance by Jamie Miller, a Welsh singer and musician based in Los Angeles. While the exact story of how they crossed paths remains uncertain, they’ve been sharing supportive and thoughtful messages across social media platforms, reflecting their shared enthusiasm for this upcoming tour. Jamie Miller is set to join Eric Nam for a portion of his tour, making appearances at more than 19 out of Eric’s 66 tour dates.
